Gothic Contact Lens - For That Complete 'Goth' Look
While scary colored contacts are only really relevant around
Halloween, a gothic contact lens with a little more subdued design
could be just the thing you need to round out your outfit. After
all, if Marilyn Manson can get away with them, why shouldn't you?
The trick, of course, lies in choosing just the right pair of lenses.
After all, no one wants to look like they've just been trick-or-treating
with their five-year old kid-brother. With that in mind, it's best
to steer clear of the overtly gimmicky lenses such as cat eye designs,
or any other animal print for that matter. Of course, we could be
wrong, but it hasn't happened yet.
Among the more prudent options are all-black or white-out
contact lenses, although spiral and mirrored lenses are particularly
noteworthy choices because they're a little more 'out there' without
being so far gone as to fall into the 'okay, that's just downright
weird' category. Color is of course out, because, well, that just
wouldn't be very morbid now would it? Ah, to heck with it. The simple
fact is, coming up with a stereotypical gothic look is not exactly
hard. What you want is something unique, special
crazy contacts that doesn't conform. After all, that's what
it's all about in the end, isn't it?
Gothic Contact Lenses: It's All In Your Head. No Really, It Is
And, well, for that to happen you need a little imagination. Sure,
we could tell you how to perfectly recreate the whole shebang, but
what would be the point? Why do what we tell you to? Think about
what it is you're trying to say with your look. See, that wasn't
so hard now was it? The only thing we can guarantee is that cosmetic
lenses, regardless of whatever else it is that you're wearing (or
not wearing -- we're not advocating running around in the buff,
but now that would be unique, wouldn't it?) will enhance your distinctive
look.
For Goth lenses, Halloween
cosmetic contacts, or virtually any other eyewear product you
may need -- Hey! Even Goths have eye problems you know! -- take
a gander at the links on the right-hand side of the page. Or not.
We don't care.
