Coopervision Premium Encore Contact - Breaking Down The
Facts
Choice can sometimes be a bad thing. There are so many different
makes, brands, and types of contact lenses in the marketplace that
it can be very difficult to decide which one is not only right for
you, but 'perfect' for you. And, well, you certainly can't try
them all on! That's where we come in. Reading up on the various
company products, in this case Coopervision Premium Encore contact
is perhaps the best way to find out about the differing specifications,
materials used, and replacement schedules unique to the different
lenses. Hopefully this will help you make an informed decision when
next (or the first time) you buy contacts.
Let's get down to it, shall we? Coopervision's
Premium Encore contact lenses are a two-week disposable lens. Constructed
of methafilcon A, a hydrophilic polymer, the lenses possess a 55%
water content and are available in powers from +8.00 to -8.00. The
dk value is 18.8. Incidentally, dk value is a unit measurement of
the amount of oxygen allowed to pass through the lens (ie. its permeability).
Designed for flexible wear, Coopervision Premium Encore contact
lenses feature visibility tints and come in packs of six.
