Considering eyeglasses?

and visits with an eye care professional. Contact lenses offer a
more natural field of view, however, but for some, including young
children, eyeglasses may be preferable. Eyeglasses also are a better
choice than contact lenses for those who feel insertion and removal
or proper care of contact lenses may be difficult. And eyeglasses
can be designed to fit and work well. Eyeglasses for sports activities,
including water activities, are readily available for both children
and adults.
