Saline solutions are used after you have disinfected you lenses as a final rinser. Saline solutions are also used with lenses before you wear the lens. A final use of a saline solution is to store you lens in whilst not in use.

Protein removers help to remove any protein that may accumulate on your lens. The protein here usually comes from your tear duct. Although removing the protein build-up from your lens can sometimes be difficult, formula and enzymatic should remove any persistent deposits.
